Race for your weight in beer

Over the next month, you might want to increase your training and gain weight at the same time. Both could benefit you in Yazoo Brewing’s Beer Machine Urban Adventure Race.

On October 6th, co-ed teams of five will run around Nashville collecting ingredients to make Yazoo brews, and the first team back with all ingredients will win their weight in Yazoo bottled beer. It certainly beats a medal.

At check in, teams will be given a sealed envelope with five maps, and each member of the team will be responsible for running 1 to 6 miles round trip from the brewery to find certain ingredients. Each person will then have to run back with ingredients that range from 1 to 15 pounds.

Registration is $130 per each 5-person team and covers your registration into the run, team t-shirts, and post run party with Yazoo Brew.
