This brash copper brew releases a pungent aroma loaded with earthy, floral, and orangey hop overtones and just a touch of grain husk. It’s edgy on the tongue, with both elevated carbonation and a flavor swell that keeps you on your toes. It starts with a sturdy caramel base before quickly escalating into grapefruit flavors with a citrus hop bite whose drying acidity tugs at every side of the mouth. The scraping bitterness makes a big hop statement, pushing the palate, lasting deep into the finish and lingering long after the other flavors are gone.
