From DRAFT Magazine:

This thick, black-brown brew flashes garnet highlights and wears a rocky, tan crown. Light oatmeal and bready aromas lift to the nose, reminiscent of rising dough, textured with small tropical fruit and raisin accents. On the tongue, this brew’s complex and, with its oatmeal character, has a decidedly “breakfast” quality to it: It’s silky-smooth across the tongue, but also deep and grainy in the flavor. Sweet and sour carouse into the finish, while earthy, woody hops emerge subtly in the middle of the swallow and disappear. While the beer’s anchored in dark chocolate and coffee flavors, just a touch of dark fruit plays on the tongue. The brew sinks into the mouth and finishes sweet and full.
