Your Daily Pint for Monday, Mar. 3, 2014, is: NO-LI SKYRAIL
What it is: A 6.25% single-hop American IPA brewed with only Amarillo hops.
What it tastes like: Sweet and simple; a novel spin on the single-hop IPA. The malt is simultaneously husky and shortbread-sweet; perfumy floral, pine and citrus hops carry a breezy vanilla note. Together, the swallow’s soft and round and—if you ignore the ABV on the label—sessionable.
More, more, more hops!: The brewery just released Skyrail’s big brother, the brewery’s flagship Born & Raised IPA, in four-packs.
We love NoLi: …and all the other craft-beery spots in Spokane, Wash., an outdoorsy inland Washington trail haven that’s also a bona fide Beertown.
