Gin’s juniper tones harmonize with sweet mead’s fruit flavors. Combining both with an orange twist makes this a perfect mimosa stand-in.

Makes: 1

  • 1½ ounces gin
  • ½ ounce Fernet Blanca
  • 1½ ounces sweet mead
  • 2 ounces Champagne
  • 1 orange slice


Pour the gin into a coupe glass. Add the Fernet Blanca and mead. Top with the Champagne and a twist of orange.
