This spin on a Moscow Mule replaces vodka with a dry mead to add flavor and flower; ginger spices up the citrusy original, pairing well with the clean mead.
- 4 ounces dry mead
- 3 ounces ginger beer or ginger ale
- ½ ounce fresh ginger juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Place 4 ice cubes in a rocks glass. Add the mead, ginger beer, ginger juice and bitters. Finish with a lemon twist.
