Pick your favorite mead:âEven frozen, its flavor shines in these pops. Swap in raspberries or strawberries and trade the basil for mint or even thyme; adjust the honey to taste depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
- 21⁄2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup mead
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
1. Puree the blueberries, mead and honey in a blender until mostly smooth. Add the basil and pulse to combine.
2. Put about 1/4 cup blueberry mixture in each of 8 frozen treat molds. Insert frozen treat sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
