Copper Ale stays true to its name as it fills the glass a dark copper hue topped with a bubbly white head. Nutty caramel scents seep into biscuity malts while earthy hops add breadth to the bouquet. Sweet biscuit flavors dive onto the tongue first, while toasted bread notes open up as the swallow progresses. Earthy flavors meet the toast in the back, tempering some of its underlying sweet biscuit flavors for a clean finish. |
