DRAFT REVIEW: Osiris Pale Ale
RATING
93

Osiris fills the glass a crystal-clear, shiny copper color and crowns it with a delicate white head. Orange scents merge with earthy pine aromas in a fresh-scented, forestlike bouquet. This aggressively bitter pale begins with toasted bread, setting a sturdy base for the sharp hops. As hop bitterness grows in the back, so does the hop flavor, showcasing both orange sweetness and spicy pine. A lingering bitterness stretches long into the swallow and wraps up this robust, flavorfully hopped pale ale.
