Doppel Shot Double Bock


Brewed with beans grown on the Ka’anapali Estate in Maui, this coffee-laced doppelbock’s aroma layers coffee grounds over the pleasing scents of sweet milk chocolate. There’s less coffee in the sip; instead, mellow malt sweetness and only a hint of bitter roast flow over the tongue. It’s light for a doppelbock; amped-up malts with toasty or doughy flavors might better support the elevated alcohol, which lends a warming finish.
