It’s not easy hoisting kegs and carrying bags of barley all day.

That’s why Goose Island Brewery created an exercise class for the daily life of a brewer. And they’re inviting you to get a taste.

Goose Island describes the class as “a killer workout” using kegs, barrels and grain bags. The Chicago brewer is partnering with local gym West Loop Athletic Club.

The class, which takes place on Monday, March 28th is free to the public. Afterward, brewers and non-brewers alike will be rewarded for their effort with Goose Island beer.
