World’s nuttiest beer?

Yep, those are bull testicles and they’re the headlining ingredient in Wynkoop’s new Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout, which the Denver brewpub is making specifically to pour during the Great American Beer Festival next week. I don’t want to, but I’ll sample some and report back. Until then, here’s a brief description from the brewery:

“The beer is a meaty foreign-style stout brewed with loads of dark malts, specialty grains and freshly sliced and roasted bull testicles. A special ultra-limited-release beer, it weighs in at 7% ABV and 3 BPB (That’s balls per barrel).” tweet

Yum.

For better or worse, what’s the most off-putting ingredient you’ve ever seen brewed into a beer?
