50 ways to earn your beer

CATEGORIES: Beer Runner

Maybe not 50, but close.

Cincinnati-based Fifty West Brewing Company has a number of creative ways to earn your beer, from running to boxing. Fifty West sponsors or hosts cycling, a canoe and kayak livery (that ends right at the brewery), running groups, six sand volleyball courts and sand soccer leagues.

The latest active event from Fifty West is the Punchout, featuring eight Cincinnati breweries squaring off in one-on-one amateur boxing matches in a professional ring at the Fifty West Brewing Company Pro Works Facility.

There will be five matches featuring 10 fighters, attendees can find more than 50 local brews on tap from Cincinnati-based breweries. The inspiration for the event, Fifty West’s Punch You in the EyePA, will be released in 4-packs of 12oz bottles at the event.
Proceeds go to various charitable organizations selected by each participating brewery.
You can learn more about the July 9th Punchout event and buy tickets here.
