Pretty soon, we’re going to run out of styles to “Belgianize,” so to speak (Belgian-style IPAs, stouts and imperial red ales being a few recent favorites). The good folks at Woodchuck Hard Cider are bringing us closer to that point with the release of Private Reserve Belgian White.

Check out this video, in which Woodchuck cider makers explain how, and why, they fused cider with the witbier style.
