Rogue's Juniper Pale Ale adds an herbal note to this super-simple dipping sauce.
Makes: makes about 3⁄4 cupIngredients:
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Rogue Juniper Pale Ale
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
• In a small bowl, combine the mustards, sugar, vinegar and oil. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the dill.
