Honey-Lime Vinaigrette

A quick, zesty dressing of lime, honey and Dijon.

Makes: 3 cups

Ingredients:
  • 4 limes, zested and juiced
  • 12 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 112 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
  • 214 cups oil
  • 34 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Set aside the oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients to a blender; blend on low, and gradually add the vinegar and oil until well-combined. Serve with your favorite salad, or our Hefeweizen- and Pumpkin-infused Seafood Salad.
