Lime, tangerine and orange liqueur herald that sticky-chin-after-biting-into-juicy-citrus feeling; the witbierâ€™s clove and alcohol spice make the drink pop on the tongue. Load up the ice; this drinkâ€™s best bracingly cold.
- 2 ounces Mandarine NapolĂ©on
- 1 ounce fresh tangerine juice
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce agave nectar
- 3 ounces witbier
Combine all ingredients except for the beer in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a tall glass with fresh ice; top with the witbier and stir lightly to combine. Garnish with an orange slice.
