- 3⁄4 ounce Islay Scotch
- 3⁄4 ounce CrĂ¨me de Peche
- 1⁄2 ounce Amaro Ciociaro
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaudâ€™s Bitters
- 1 dash Frankâ€™s Hot sauce
- 1⁄2 ounce maple syrup
Combine all ingredients except the pilsner in shaker with ice. Shake, then double-strain into a bistro
