Hops, juniper and mint conspire for bitterness that’s bright and dewy; a squeeze of lemon and the beer’s effervescence keep it light.

Makes: 1

Ingredients:
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 12 ounces Bols Genever
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 34 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 ounces IPA

Instructions:

Gently muddle the mint in the bottom of a shaker. Add the Genever, lemon juice and simple syrup; add ice and shake. Double-strain into a rocks glass, top with the IPA, add ice and garnish with two mint stalks.
