A less-boozy version of your favorite Long Island iced tea, this bright cocktail has a touch of juniper in the nose and easy herbal black tea and sweet lemon on the tongue.
- 1 ounce NY Distilling Perry’s Tot gin
- 2 ounces chilled black tea
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 can standard American lager
Combine the gin, tea, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker without ice. Shake and strain into a beer mug; top with the lager.
