Mustard-Dill Sauce

Serves: makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • ΒΌ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Rogue Juniper Pale Ale
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

Instructions:

• In a small bowl, combine the mustards, sugar, vinegar and oil. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the dill.
