- 1½ ounces coffee-infused bourbon (try Evan Williams)
- 1½ ounces fresh strawberry juice
- 1 ounce Amaretto
- 3 ounces oatmeal stout
- coffee beans, for garnish
Combine the bourbon, strawberry juice and Amaretto in a shaker; shake over ice and double-strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Top with the stout and garnish by floating coffee beans on the foam.
