Frozen Pumpkin Pie Spiced Latte

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk stout, cold
  • 11/2 cups pumpkin pie (literally mash some pumpkin pie, crust and all, into a measuring cup)
  • 1 pint coffee ice cream

Instructions:

1. Place two beer or sundae glasses in the freezer until frosty.

2. Place the stout and pie in a blender and puree
 a few seconds, until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until thick, creamy and completely incorporated.

3. Pour into frosty mugs and serve with a straw.
