Scape Goat

Pouring clean pale orange with a foamy, off-white head, Scape Goat looks and smells the part of a pale: Toasty biscuit scents flutter to the nose with sharp orange zest. Robust toasted notes and caramel sweetness stretch far back in the mouth as juicy orange swells mid-sip. Firm bitterness runs down the middle and balances the malts, while grassy, resinous hop notes emerge in the back. Finishing dry with lasting bitterness, this beer’s a cohesive, enjoyable pale.
