Daisy Cutter Pale Ale

A bit cloudy, this pretty beer fills the glass with a glowing tangerine hue and a pillowy white head. Fresh orange, grapefruit and peach hop scents fill the nose, overshadowing a faint but sweet malt presence. This beer’s light-bodied, but it’s still dynamic: Toasty malts hit the tongue alongside bold hop bitterness as juicy orange notes swell in the middle. Each sip bolsters the citrus notes, which flavorfully foil the growing bitterness and stick around (along with toasted malts) long after the swallow.
