Festina Peche

Based on a Berliner weisee, Festina Peche deftly carries on the style's emblematic light body and acidic tartness. When poured, the hazy, light gold, and nearly headless beer lets go of a sour wheat and peachy bouquet. At first, the brew touches the tongue with whole grain cereal sweetness; then, sour notes and peach flavors storm into the picture, leaving puckered cheeks in their wake. The equation of notable flavors, light body, high carbonation plus a clean, dry finish, equals a wonderful, refreshing experience.
