Home Reviews IP'eh!

The name’s a joke, but this brew seriously delivers where many English IPAs don’t: the aroma. Rich toffee scents lend sweetness to a biscuity bouquet, while sharp grassy, herbal hop scents sing. A touch of toast lines the tongue’s sides as robust nuttiness runs through a biscuit base. Throughout the swallow, a smattering of grassy notes counters the malt sweetness while stern bitterness keeps the entire package in check. This IPA’s rich malt base is pronounced, but its fresh hop presence and swift, clean finish makes it an exceptional example of the style.
