Although rye is absent in an otherwise bright, candied orange and grassy aroma, it’s well-
integrated into the flavor profile. Rye spice nips at the tongue’s sides as toasted, bready malts spread out; a touch of white pepper connects with the grain. Vivid orange and grassy hops enliven the profile, but don’t dominate like the IPA base style would suggest. The bitterness does, flexing its hefty 70 IBUs to create a drying finish that cuts right through the malt base.
