Home Reviews Quadrophenia

Quadrophenia’s got a lot going on, but it manages to marry its contrasting flavors in an even-keeled swallow. Soft dough scents wrangle the interplay of gentle bubblegum sweetness and clove-pepper spice, creating a nicely balanced bouquet. Just like the aroma, sweet-and-spicy notes roll through doughy malts on the tongue. White pepper and clove contrast the beer’s sweet bubblegum as bright candied orange pops in the back. With each sip, the brawny ABV builds, combining with hop bitterness for a clean finish.
