Backcountry Pale Ale

Orange and floral scents reach the nose; they’re simple, but incredibly crisp. Vivid hops explode on the tongue, carried by intense carbonation: Orange, tangerine and light floral notes rumble back with a hint of bready malts. However, the beer’s effervescence and hop bitterness quickly combine for a rushed finish that leaves little time for the taste buds to grasp the bright flavors; a stronger malt presence would help sustain the hops.
