Saison Sauvin

RATING
96

An enticing bouquet balances earthy white pepper and hay with bright grapefruit and lemon scents. The swallow’s incredibly lively: White pepper and haylike notes carouse with delicate grapefruit and peachy hops, popping against a bready malt base. Mid-sip, hop bitterness and robust carbonation dig into the tongue for a classic saison dryness that builds into the finish; hints of white pepper and grapefruit linger in its wake.
