Memory Lane

This hazy pilsner reaches the nose with round, pear-accented doughy malts; grassy hops focus the bouquet. Like the aroma, doughy, grainy malts studded with pear esters take the lead on the tongue, with dried grass and floral hop tones trailing closely behind. The ensuing hop bitterness is a bit aggressive for the style, and firmly presses against the doughy malts, leading to a quick, dry finish.
