Redhead Ale

RATING
82

Just a hint of molasses sweetens a smooth caramel-and-biscuit aroma. Its slightly heavier-than-usual malt profile places it between an amber and brown ale: Bread notes, sharpened with a touch of roast, pick up light caramel and toast as the beer washes back; hints of citrus and pine perk up the swallow. Assertive bitterness wrangles the sip and guides the beer to a pleasantly dry conclusion
