Wooden Nickel

This clever peat-smoked German-style bock hits the nose with rich, toffee-laced bread crust and
subtle peaty smoke scents. On the tongue, toasted bread washes back with smooth caramel and a hint of roasted malts; very subtle, earthy peat smoke adds a Scotch character to the sip. Lingering toast hangs on to the tongue a few beats after the swallow.
