Wild Horse Ale

RATING
83

A bold aroma blends rich bread crust with caramel and honey. Like the aroma, this beer’s malty-sweet: Bread crust picks up toffee notes as it washes back; just a hint of honey comes out mid-sip. Toward the finish, hop bitterness attempts to clean up the sip, but can’t quite cut through the malts; a slightly stronger bitter bite would elevate the sip.
