Home Reviews Oblivion

A funky, vinegary aroma strongly suggests this beer’s wild side; oak rounds out the bouquet. Fruity blackberry notes frame the soft sip, while grape must hums in the background; it’s not as tart or funky as the aroma predicts, though a nice lactic acidity does pull at the sides of the sip. Pretty, chardonnaylike flavors blossom and last into a dry sweet finish, where oaky barrel notes linger.
