Tiny Bomb

A healthy waft of cornflakes pulls just a touch of tart green apple and a dash of grassy hop notes into a pleasing bouquet. On the tongue, verdant hops are more pronounced, bouncing off a sturdy, crackery malt base. Assertive bitterness charges the palate toward a dry finish. Though it might be a touch too bitter for today’s pilsners, as a pre-Prohibition pilsner, it’s on point.
