Back Home Gingerbread Stout


A spicy cloud of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg rockets to the nose; the spice on the tongue is equally heavy-handed. Tart ginger, a touch of nutmeg and a wallop of  bright cinnamon create dusty, tongue-numbing complexity. It’s a wonderful blast of flavor, but the imperial stout qualities are a bit obscured, with just a bit of espresso in the very end of the swallow and growing alcohol warmth in the chest.
