Home Reviews Amalgamator

A sweet orange and resinous pine bouquet pulls enticingly into the nose; a little peanut shell lurks in
the background. Very light toast paves the way for myriad hop flavors: Juicy orange, herbal black tea and roselike hops stream through; cattiness and onion emerge mid-sip and stay, lingering after the well-timed bitter finish. The swallow lacks a bit of pop, but it’s a compelling showcase of how dynamic hop flavors can be.
