The Calling IPA

RATING
97

Enticing, fresh-off-the-tree scents of grapefruit peel, orange and lemon crest off this double IPA, presaging the clean, fresh sip. On the tongue, it’s balanced, with white bread sweetness just leading the sip before juicy tangerine and clementine flesh bubble up and steer the nearly full-bodied swallow to a crisp, smooth finish. Hop bitterness is assertive but supported by white bread malt flavor and a soft mouthfeel, making this deceptively easy to tip back.
