Brown Ale

Rich toffee initially wafts off the pour before malted milk ball aroma and a touch of dry peanut shell emerge a beat later; light biscuit and graham cracker play a supporting role. Nutty grains drive the relatively light- bodied but creamy sip, with hints of roast and toasty malt richness. As it warms, caramel notes emerge alongside a cafe- au-lait sweet roast. A dry finish inspires another swallow.
