When hop producers crush and grind their harvest into pellets, a small amount of waxy but powerfully aromatic residue is left behind; that hop “hash” gives this ale a nose like a basket full of tangerines and orange blossoms. Vibrant carbonation puffs up the brew’s light body and enhances its bitterness, allowing dank, citrusy hop flavors and oyster cracker malts to linger for only moments before they’re wiped away in a superclean finish.
