Millennium Trippel

Brown sugar, a rumlike sweetness and cotton candy greet the nose first, bolstered by doughy malts and accented by delicate pear and floral notes. This tripel is equally soft on the palate, washing golden raisin and toasted white bread across the tongue before a hint of floral hops balances the sip. The finish tastes strongly of candy sugar, a slight knock against an otherwise fine Belgian brew.
