Home Reviews Boomsauce

Big garlicky and oniony hops greet the nose, with some cattiness idling at the perimeter. The flavor arrives like an aftershock, with resinous, oniony hop notes tumbling over a rough, in-your-face bitterness that calls to mind chewing on actual hop cones. Barely-there malt just holds the sip together. There’s nothing subtle about this sticky double IPA; but then again, that’s what the style is all about.
