Monk's Uncle

Bubblegum and orange aromas dominate the sweet and fruity nose, with bread and light toast tucked behind them. On the tongue, bold, peppery spice drives the dry and bitterly clipped sip. Everything about this tripel seems amplified: big spice, big dryness, big alcohol, a creamy mouthfeel and even a noticeably bitter hop finish. Consequently, sip slowly.
