Sound Czech

This new year-round addition to Terrapin’s lineup is beautiful: bright gold in hue, brilliantly clear, with a pillowy head of pure white. In the nose, bready biscuits and wildflower honey set the stage for woody, peppery hops and swirls of sulfur, like a just-lit match. The flavor is loud for the style, as sweet, cereallike malts morph into peppercornlike hops and finish with amped-up bitterness.
