Gentleman Farmer

The rocky white cap atop this gently hazed, golden-hued ale gives off a clean fragrance with an edge of pithy lemon and pear skin. On the tongue, melonlike hops accent honey and sliced pear notes; crackery malts are firm, while earthy bitterness emerges at the dry finish. A touch of tartness embraces the tongue a few beats after the conclusion.
