Triple Exultation

RATING
93

Triple Exultation's aroma starts with massive, deep, caramelized barley malt and slips nicely into a soft vanilla, plum, cinnamon, and alcohol character. The taste begins with burnt sugar sweetness, hints of caramelized plum, and other burnt fruits. This is a very complex beer, sweet overall with a healty dose of spicy hops to provide some balance to the flavor. Triple Exultation finishes sweet with alcohol and mild bitterness in the aftertaste, with hops clearly playing a supporting role to the malted barley. This is a full-bodied beer, almost fat in its presentation, with gentle carbonation and significant alcohol warmth.
