Boo Koo

Waves of garlic and sweet onion dance off a nose that’s quiet but intriguing; wet pine needle and fresh peppercorn emerge with a swirl of the glass. The sip begins with simple, crackery malts, allowing the hop flavor to bloom into fresh-cut grass, floral clover and sweet, soft onion. The finish is remarkably clean, as medium bitterness washes it easily from the mouth.
