Home Reviews Daikaiju

A deep whiff draws notes of lemon peel, cracked pepper and algae; underlying tropical sweetness emerges further as the beer warms. The sip is quite bitter, with cilantro and a slight soapiness adding to the bite, though white sugar and bright lychee bring balancing sweetness. A pop of pineapple arrives at the swallow and lingers long after each sip.
